This notice explains what personal information we collect and the privacy rights available to California residents under the CCPA/CPRA.

Information We Collect

●Contact & booking: name, phone, email, appointment history

●Intake info: skin type, allergies, and health disclosures you provide before your appointment

●Purchases: retail purchases made in-studio or online

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.

How We Use It

To book and personalize your appointment, process purchases, and send confirmations or updates you've opted into.

Do We Sell Your Information?

No.

How Long We Keep It

Client records are kept for as long as you remain an active client, plus 7 years for legal and tax record-keeping. Intake and health disclosures are kept only as long as needed for your safety and our records.

Your Rights

●Know what we've collected about you

●Delete it, with limited legal exceptions

●Correct inaccurate information

●Limit use of sensitive information (e.g., health disclosures)

●Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights
